Training: Healthy eating and menu planning for OSHC

In these interactive workshops, out of school hours care (OSHC) coordinators and educators will learn about:

  • children’s nutrition requirements
  • developing menus that meet the Australian Dietary Guidelines
  • healthy food and drink ideas
  • ingredient swaps
  • promoting healthy eating to children,
  • dealing with challenges, such as food allergies and budgeting.

Workshops are facilitated by an Accredited Practising Dietitian or Accredited Nutritionist from Nutrition Australia. All materials will be provided on the day and you will receive a certificate of completion at the end.
