Refund policy


We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Our refund and exchange policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from the sample or description or do not do what they are supposed to do. Exchange or refund claims must be made within 30 days from purchase.

Change of mind

Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Goods damaged in transit

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our office via phone or email as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement of the goods.



Contact us within 30 days of purchase to advise us of the reason for your dissatisfaction and to request a refund or exchange on your purchase.

Any damage occurred during shipping will be replaced. We will ask you to provide us with proof of damage (a photo from a smart phone is adequate). This proof will assist us to evaluate our packaging and shipping methods.

Refunds can be credited back to the PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. If a credit card was used to make the purchase we will refund the amount to your bank account via EFT. You will need to provide bank details to us.

We will endeavour to process all refunds and exchanges within 7-10 business days.
