Embracing Veg Waste with some of Australia's Top Influencers during National Nutrition Week

Embracing Veg Waste with Some of Australia's Top Influencers

During October’s National Nutrition Week Tryfor5 campaign the focus was on ‘Embracing Vegetable Waste’ to combat Australia’s rising waste issue whilst increasing vegetable consumption. A campaign highlight was our annual ‘influencer event’, held at Sydney’s prestigious Vive Cooking School where key influencers and supporters who are passionate about healthy eating were invited.

Tryfor5 Ambassadors

Attendees included Masterchef alumni, health & wellness publications and some of Australia’s top influencers who helped broadcast this year’s campaign message across their networks to help spread the message as Tryfor5 ‘ambassadors’.

They were treated to cooking demonstrations and insightful, practical food waste solutions by The Waste Free Chef, Rachel Potter and insights into how large food corporations like Marley Spoon tackle vegetable waste in their products and services.
