Volunteering with Nutrition Australia VIC/SA/TAS Division

Volunteering at Nutrition Australa VIC

Working with Nutrition Australia will give you the opportunity to expand your skills in a wide range of areas and will give you valuable insight into the operation of a non-government, non-profit community health education organisation. Many of our volunteers have used the experience and skills they gained working with Nutrition Australia to gain employment with other organisations or to gain entry into further studies (eg Masters degrees). There are many opportunities to expand your nutrition knowledge through exposure to our resources and through free attendance at seminars and events you may be assisting us with.

Volunteering and Certificate 3 in Business

Nutrition Australia and Smart Connection Training have designed a specific professional development program for you, as Nutrition Australia volunteer. It will be structured as a Certificate 3 in Business, with units including volunteering, customers and diversity, safety, organisation and effectiveness and innovation and sustainability. The sessions will be blended: a combination of face to face, online submission of assessments and options for correspondence. This is a complimentary offer and for more information please see the pdf attachment below - Certificate 3 Business. Please note: registration for the Certificate 3 entitles you to a 12 month Nutrition Australia Membership!
