This interactive workshop is designed for all hospital and aged care food service staff, team leaders and service managers.

Food enjoyment and minimising malnutrition is a major theme in the Commonwealth Accreditation Standards for aged care facilities. This workshop will provide education about nutrition for older adults in the context of dysphagia, texture modified meals and thickened fluids.
