Chair: Mark Zucco

Mark is a highly skilled and qualified professional, with significant experience in a range of business environments. He has over 10 years experience across a full range of strategic, operational and advisory projects. Mark's background in marketing and business development coupled with his business consulting skills enables him to draw on a diverse and unique range of skills when required. His experience extends across various industries including sports & leisure, professional services, manufacturing, banking and finance, transport and logistics, utilities and government.
Mark is currently the Chair of the Nutrition Australia Victorian Division Committee of Management.
Treasurer: James Crouch

James is a Management Consultant with the professional services firm BDO. James has broad consulting experience across multiple industry sectors delivering exceptional outcomes to both public and private sector clients. His core competence is in business performance improvement consulting incorporating; lean performance improvement, management accounting, process redesign, financial analysis, economic modelling, legal analysis and solutions design. James holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University. James also holds post graduate qualifications in Legal Practice and Management Accounting.
Executive Officer: Lucinda Hancock

Lucinda is an Accredited Nutritionist (Dietitians Association of Australia) and is currently the Acting Secretary to the National Board, Convenor of Nutrition Australia’s National Senior Staff Committee and Executive Officer of the Victorian and NSW Divisions of Nutrition Australia. She is responsible for the implementation of all business strategies and operations across the two divisions including the development of sustainable statewide and national nutrition education programs.
Lucinda’s experience in health promotion spans over the past 12 years from working on specific projects in the area of public health and community nutrition to managing a non-government, non-profit national community nutrition education organisation. She is a Public Health Nutritionist and has completed a Masters in Human Nutrition Degree, Bachelor of Science Degree and is currently completing her Masters in Business (Philanthropy and Social Investment).
She is passionate about food, enjoys frequenting the farmers’ markets, is a devoted member to slow food and is married to a chef whose culinary talents lie in French cuisine.
Committee Member: Glenys Zucco

Glenys holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Health Promotion) and a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from Deakin University and is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist. As Dairy Australia’s Nutrition Media Manager, Glenys’ focus is on educating Australians about the health and nutritional benefits of dairy foods.
Glenys achieves this through communicating new science about dairy foods, regularly producing and updating Dairy Australia’s nutrition-related consumer resources and helping to develop Dairy Australia’s marketing campaigns. She is a regular industry commentator and spokesperson for Dairy Australia in the media and travels around Australia speaking at health professional and canteen conferences, schools, agricultural shows and in the community.
Glenys is a qualified Sports Dietitian and currently consults to the AFL Victoria State Academy. She has delivered numerous nutrition presentations to athletes and coaches, cooking sessions with various sporting teams and reviewed the nutrition content of recipes for Survival around the World – The third cookbook in the popular Survival Series from the Australian Institute of Sport.
Glenys is a member of the Management Committee, Nutrition Australia Victorian Division. She lives in Melbourne and loves cooking for her husband and friends. She is a keen netballer, playing at state level in the Victorian Netball League.
Committee Member: Nick Coombe

Nick has more than 15 years experience in the advertising and communications industries. Most of his time has been spent working at various media agencies, but he also has experience working in media sales, including in both television and radio. Currently, he is working at Starcom MediaVest working primarily on Suncorp and its niche brands. As well as experience in insurance, he has worked with numerous large FMCG, automotive and retail clients. Originally from Adelaide, he holds a Bachelor of Management (Marketing) degree from the University of South Australia and he has recently completed his Master of Marketing from Melbourne Business School (MBS).
Committee Member: Corinne Katz

Corinne is a commercial lawyer with over 15 years of experience. She has advised clients across a wide range of industries and is now working in-house in the energy sector. Corinne holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Melbourne Business School as well as a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Witwatersrand.
Committee Member: Gavin Wood
Gavin has extensive experience in the corporate sector, and has held senior roles at OzEmail, David Jones, and the Coles Group. He has had the opportunity to work in a variety of capacities including business analysis, solution design, IT strategy development and execution, programming, database administration, and systems administration. Gavin has an active social conscience and joined the Nutrition Australia Victorian Division Committee of Management in 2009. As a committee member, he has advised the Division in a number of areas including financial management, risk management and stakeholder reporting.
Student Committee Member: Sophie Nolan

Sophie is a first year Master of Dietetics student at Deakin University. She successfully completed a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition at Deakin University in 2011 and has previously completed a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Studies at Murdoch University. Sophie works part-time for Health Kick Nutrition and Dietetics as a Nutrition Assistant and has previously volunteered on nutrition focused projects with Fare Share and Western Hospital. She has a keen interest in international nutrition.
Student Committee Member: Danielle Irvine

Danni is a final year Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics student at Monash University. Danni recently completed a research project with the City of Melbourne investigating the issue of food security. Additional nutrition-related projects that she has undertaken include a nutrition traineeship with Moira Shire Council with a focus on improving workplace health and eating behaviours. Danni has also worked as a volunteer aiming to increase breastfeeding rates in the Warragul community. Danni has a keen interest in health promotion and clinical dietetics.
