In this free 1 hour training module you will learn about the Victorian School Canteens and Other School Food Services Policy, and how to promote healthy eating using a whole-of-school approach.

Plus you’ll get practical advice on supplying and promoting healthier foods and drinks in your canteen or food service.

Training is recommended for anyone working in school food services or who is involved in promoting healthy eating in Victorian primary and secondary schools.

About the Healthy Eating Advisory Service

The Healthy Eating Advisory Service aims to help organisations provide and promote healthier foods and drinks to improve the health of all Victorians. HEAS offers training and resources to help them provide healthy foods and drinks through their menus, catering, food outlets and vending machines.

It is a free, Victorian government funded service, delivered by experienced nutritionists and dietitians at Nutrition Australia Vic Division.
