Menu Assessment
• Includes onsite visit and comprehensive report
• Ensures that children in car are receiving 50% of their daily nutritional requirements
• Consensus from a combination of information from Australian Dietary Guidelines for Children and Adolescents and Qld Health

Food Safety Appraisal
• Includes an onsite visit to observe and appraise food hygiene and handling procedures
• Reviews, policies and protocols against current food safety legislation
• A comprehensive written report is included

Food Safety Supervisor Course
• All licensed Qld food businesses, including child care centres are required to have a qualified Food Safety Supervisor
• This full day course meets the requirements of Nationally Recognised Training
• Especially developed to meet the needs of staff working in child care
• Upon completion of the course units HLTFS207B, HLTFS310B and HLTFS309B, a Statement of Attainment will be awarded

Food Safety Audit
• Food businesses that have an accredited Food Safety Program must have the program audited on a regular basis
• This Food Safety Audit is a compliance audit conducted by an approved auditor
• Includes an onsite visit and a comprehensive report that will be submitted to your local council and your facility
