Food Safety Supervisor
Food Safety Supervisor Course
All licensed QLD food businesses, which may include OSHC facilities are required to have a qualified Food Safety Supervisor and a Food Safety Plan. 
Nutrition Australia Training’s Food Safety Supervisor course meets the requirements of Nationally Recognised Training. The course is delivered by dietitians/nutritionists with experience and expertise in food safety and has been especially developed to meet the needs of staff working in OSHC facilities.
Upon completion of the course, students will achieve a Statement of Attainment for the units of competency:
• HLTFS207B Follow basic food safety practices
• HLTFS310B Apply and monitor food safety requirements
• HLTFS309B Oversee the day to day implementation of food safety in the workplace
