Workshop 2

Instructor(s) will work with the student group to:

cherrybulletSet up classroom for the cooking workshop

cherrybulletUnderstand the requirements for safe food handling and hygiene

cherrybulletPrepare the selected recipes

cherrybulletTaste the recipes

cherrybulletRate the recipes tasted

cherrybulletClean up cooking utensils and equipment

 

 

At the conclusion of Workshop 2, the students will complete a Summary Sheet to:

cherrybulletOutline the steps they have taken to achieve a healthy eating pattern

cherrybulletIdentify any barriers to this healthy eating pattern
