Instructions
- To make small parcels, use an aluminium foil square of 15cm x 15cm.
- Place chopped vegetables in the square, roll up and place on the BBQ. Cook until vegetables are tender (approx 12 minutes) and serve as a side dish with your favourite BBQ meal.
Notes
Vegetables are an excellent source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
