Vegetable Parcels

Use any combination of veggies to make up these mini parcels. Try serving as a side dish with MV Burgers.

3CupMixed vegetables (chopped)

Instructions

  1. To make small parcels, use an aluminium foil square of 15cm x 15cm.
  2. Place chopped vegetables in the square, roll up and place on the BBQ. Cook until vegetables are tender (approx 12 minutes) and serve as a side dish with your favourite BBQ meal.

Notes

Vegetables are an excellent source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
