| 2 | Cup | spinach (chopped) |

| 5 | Eggs (beaten) | |
| 1 | Cup | reduced-fat cheese (grated) |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased quiche dish and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes or until set.
