Ingredients

12slibread (crusts removed and flattened with a rolling pin)
55gcanned milk
  pepper (to taste)
1⁄4Cupham (shredded)
1⁄4Cupcheese (shredded or grated)
1 shallot (finely chopped)
4 Eggs

Instructions

  1. Spray patty pans with oil.
  2. Press bread in bottom of patty pan.
  3. In a bowl mix together all other ingredients.
  4. Pour equal amounts of mixture into each of the patty pans.
  5. Cook in moderate oven for approx 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and cool.
  7. When cool, freeze in packs of two.
  8. Pack two in a lunchbox with a snack pack of celery and carrot sticks.
