Great for lunches and easy snacks
Ingredients
| 12 | sli | bread (crusts removed and flattened with a rolling pin) |
| 55 | g | canned milk |
| pepper (to taste) | ||
| 1⁄4 | Cup | ham (shredded) |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | cheese (shredded or grated) |
| 1 | shallot (finely chopped) | |
| 4 | Eggs |
Instructions
- Spray patty pans with oil.
- Press bread in bottom of patty pan.
- In a bowl mix together all other ingredients.
- Pour equal amounts of mixture into each of the patty pans.
- Cook in moderate oven for approx 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool.
- When cool, freeze in packs of two.
- Pack two in a lunchbox with a snack pack of celery and carrot sticks.
