Description
These crisps made with pita bread (pocket bread) are a great low-fat alternative to ordinary potato chips or corn chips. There are two variations to this recipe and both are very easy to make. You can eat these crisps on their own or serve them with dips.
Ingredients
| 90 | g | parmesan cheese (grated) |
| Chilli Powder (pinch) | ||
| Paprika (pinch) | ||
| Dried Herbs (pinch) | ||
| 4 | pita bread |
Instructions

Split pita rolls in half then cut into bite-sized triangles.

Place on a baking tray.

Sprinkle over spices and cheese

Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes until crisp.

Allow to cool and store in an air-tight container.
