Ingredients

Instructions
- Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges.
- Lightly spray an oven tray with oil.
- Arrange wedges on the tray and spray lightly with oil (or toss in a plastic bag with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil).
- Sprinkle with herbs.
- Bake at 200oC for 15 minutes.
- Turn and bake for a further 15 minutes or until brown.
