2tbspFresh Herbs (mix)
  olive oil (spray)
4 potato (large)

Instructions

  1. Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges.
  2. Lightly spray an oven tray with oil.
  3. Arrange wedges on the tray and spray lightly with oil (or toss in a plastic bag with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil).
  4. Sprinkle with herbs.
  5. Bake at 200oC for 15 minutes.
  6. Turn and bake for a further 15 minutes or until brown.
