Description

1 Carrot (grated)
1⁄4TeaspoonChilli Powder
1tbspDried Herbs
1tbspFresh Herbs
1 onion (finely diced)
1Cuprolled oats
1tbspSweet Chilli Sauce
2tbspWorcestershire Sauce
1 Zucchini (grated)
1Pinchpepper
2clvGarlic (chopped)
400glean beef (minced)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  2. Shape mixture into palm size balls, then flatten into a hamburger shape with a spatula.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to be barbequeued.
  4. Serve with salsa, lettuce, fresh tomato and reduced fat cheese on a wholemeal roll.
