Ingredients
| 1 | Carrot (grated) | |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | Chilli Powder |
| 1 | tbsp | Dried Herbs |
| 1 | tbsp | Fresh Herbs |
| 1 | onion (finely diced) | |
| 1 | Cup | rolled oats |
| 1 | tbsp | Sweet Chilli Sauce |
| 2 | tbsp | Worcestershire Sauce |

| 400 | g | lean beef (minced) |
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Shape mixture into palm size balls, then flatten into a hamburger shape with a spatula.
- Refrigerate until ready to be barbequeued.
- Serve with salsa, lettuce, fresh tomato and reduced fat cheese on a wholemeal roll.
