Ingredients

1 apple (cored and chopped)
1cnapricots (drained and chopped)
1 banana (chopped)
1 pear (cored and chopped)
2Cupmilk (low fat)
2tbspcustard powder
1 low fat natural yoghurt (small tub)
1Teaspoonvanilla essence
1pklow fat jelly (any flavour)

Instructions

  1. Mix chopped fruit in a large serving bowl
  2. Prepare jelly according to packet instructions and allow to cool
  3. As jelly begins to set, pour it over the mixed fruit.
  4. Allow to set in fridge
  5. Prepare custard according to packet instructions. Cool custard mixture, then pour over jellied fruit mixture.
  6. Mix vanilla essence with yoghurt and spread over custard.
  7. Chill in fridge, then decorate with sliced fruit
