Ingredients
| 1 | apple (cored and chopped) | |
| 1 | cn | apricots (drained and chopped) |
| 1 | banana (chopped) | |
| 1 | pear (cored and chopped) | |
| 2 | Cup | milk (low fat) |
| 2 | tbsp | custard powder |
| 1 | low fat natural yoghurt (small tub) | |
| 1 | Teaspoon | vanilla essence |
| 1 | pk | low fat jelly (any flavour) |
Instructions
- Mix chopped fruit in a large serving bowl
- Prepare jelly according to packet instructions and allow to cool
- As jelly begins to set, pour it over the mixed fruit.
- Allow to set in fridge
- Prepare custard according to packet instructions. Cool custard mixture, then pour over jellied fruit mixture.
- Mix vanilla essence with yoghurt and spread over custard.
- Chill in fridge, then decorate with sliced fruit
