4Tmarsala
250gmascarpone
1 egg white
350gred grapes (seedless)
1⁄3Cupcaster sugar

Instructions

  1. Blend marsala with mascarpone. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  2. Pull grapes off stalks, lightly brush with egg white and lightly coat with caster sugar.
  3. Place on tray and freeze for ½ hour before serving with flavoured mascarpone.
