Ingredients
| 4 | T | marsala |
| 250 | g | mascarpone |
| 1 | egg white | |
| 350 | g | red grapes (seedless) |
| 1⁄3 | Cup | caster sugar |
Instructions
- Blend marsala with mascarpone. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Pull grapes off stalks, lightly brush with egg white and lightly coat with caster sugar.
- Place on tray and freeze for ½ hour before serving with flavoured mascarpone.
