Description

Dill Sauce that is very low fat. Perfect with fish!

Ingredients

1⁄2TablespoonCornflour
150Millilitremilk (skim)
2TeaspoonWhite Wine (dry)
1TeaspoonDijon Mustard
1TablespoonDill, fresh (chopped)
1Teaspoonlemon juice
  black pepper (freshly grounded)

Instructions

  1. Gradually blend the cornflour with the milk.
  2. Heat in a saucepan on HIGH for around 2 minutes until thick, stirring  to prevent lumps from forming. Add the lemon juice, wine, mustard, dill and pepper.
  3. Allow to sit before using.
