Description
Dill Sauce that is very low fat. Perfect with fish!
Ingredients
| 1⁄2 | T | Cornflour |
| 150 | ml | milk (skim) |
| 2 | t | White Wine (dry) |
| 1 | t | Dijon Mustard |
| 1 | T | Dill, fresh (chopped) |
| 1 | t | lemon juice |
| black pepper (freshly grounded) |
Instructions
- Gradually blend the cornflour with the milk.
- Heat in a saucepan on HIGH for around 2 minutes until thick, stirring to prevent lumps from forming. Add the lemon juice, wine, mustard, dill and pepper.
- Allow to sit before using.
