Ingredients

1tCurry Powder
100mlnatural yoghurt
5 bananas
1⁄2Cupcelery (diced)
1⁄2Cupraisens
1Cupnatural cashew nuts (unsalted)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the chopped banana and yoghurt until all the curry is mixed evenly.
  2. Mix all other ingredients in a seperate bowl and then pour the curried yoghurt over the top and fold through.
  3. Serve chilled. Great served with cold chicken, tuna or salmon.
