Ingredients
| 1 | t | Curry Powder |
| 100 | ml | natural yoghurt |
| 5 | bananas | |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | celery (diced) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | raisens |
| 1 | Cup | natural cashew nuts (unsalted) |
Instructions
- Mix together the chopped banana and yoghurt until all the curry is mixed evenly.
- Mix all other ingredients in a seperate bowl and then pour the curried yoghurt over the top and fold through.
- Serve chilled. Great served with cold chicken, tuna or salmon.
