Chicken Yakitori with Gourmet Mixed Salad

Ingredients
| 500 | g | Chicken (thigh fillets cut into 3 pieces) |
| 2 | tbsp | Soy Sauce (salt reduced) |
| 1 | tbsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1 | tbsp | Plum Sauce |
| 2 | tbsp | White Wine |
| 1 | Garlic (clove crushed) | |
| 1 | Ginger (cube fresh sliced or 1 teaspoon ground) | |
| 2 | tbsp | Natural Honey |
Instructions
- In a flat container, combine ingredients for the marinade. Add chicken.
- Stir, cover and place in refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours (can be left for several hours or overnight).
- Preheat chargrill pan, grill or barbecue until hot.
- Remove chicken from dish and grill until cooked through.
- Serve with Gormet Mixed Salad.
