Char-Grilled Chilli Chicken with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

400gChicken (skinless chicken thighs)
2TeaspoonChilli Paste
2TeaspoonGarlic (crushed)
2TeaspoonGinger (crushed)
1tbsplemon (juice)
1tbspolive oil
2 1⁄2tbspSoy Sauce (salt reduced)
1tbspsugar (brown)
3Cuplettuce

Instructions

  1. Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Coat chicken with marinade and leave refrigerated for at least 15 minutes up to a few hours.
  3. Heat grill, brush with oil and cook chicken on one side for about 5 minutes, turn over and cook until chicken is cooked through.
  4. When chicken is cooked, slice and serve on mixed greens with Pineapple Salsa.
