Char-Grilled Chilli Chicken with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
| 400 | g | Chicken (skinless chicken thighs) |
| 2 | Teaspoon | Chilli Paste |
| 2 | Teaspoon | Garlic (crushed) |
| 2 | Teaspoon | Ginger (crushed) |
| 1 | tbsp | lemon (juice) |
| 1 | tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 1⁄2 | tbsp | Soy Sauce (salt reduced) |
| 1 | tbsp | sugar (brown) |
| 3 | Cup | lettuce |
Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Coat chicken with marinade and leave refrigerated for at least 15 minutes up to a few hours.
- Heat grill, brush with oil and cook chicken on one side for about 5 minutes, turn over and cook until chicken is cooked through.
- When chicken is cooked, slice and serve on mixed greens with Pineapple Salsa.
