Description

A new take on a favourite dessert. Serve with low-fat Greek yoghurt for extra creaminess.

Ingredients

2 Apples (cored and chopped)
2Cupblueberries (fresh or frozen)
2Tablespoon (Metric)brown sugar
50Gramsliced almonds
1⁄2Cuprolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place fruit in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle over fruit. Spray with oil and bake for 20–25 minutes, until topping is crunchy and browned.
