Ingredients
| 2 | tbsp | Australian reduced fat dairy spread (melted) |
| 3 | Cup | Australian low fat or skim vanilla yoghurt |
| 1 | tbsp | gelatin (dissolved in 1/4 cup of boiling water) |
| 2 | Cup | boiling water |
| 16 | g | diet berry flavoured jelly (2 sachets) |
| 200 | g | butternut biscuits (crushed) |
Instructions
- Combine biscuit crumbs and dairy spread and press into a 28cm x 18cm lamington pan.
- Combine yoghurt and gelatine and pour over the prepared based. Chill for 1-2 hours or until set.
- Dissolve jelly in boiling water, allow to cool to room temperature.
- Pour jelly over set yoghurt and chill until set.
- Cut into 15 slices to serve.
