Ingredients

1 egg (beaten)
1TeaspoonOrange (juice)
1tbspricotta cheese (reduced fat)
1⁄2 banana (sliced)
1Pinchcinnamon
1tbspsultanas
4slibread (multigrain)
1 canola oil (spray )

Instructions

  1. Combine egg, juice and ricotta.
  2. Add banana, sultanas and cinnamon and mix.
  3. Lightly spray sandwich maker with oil.
  4. Place two slices of bread in the sandwich maker, divide mixture over the two slices, top with remaining bread slices and toast until heated through and egg is cooked.
