Ingredients
| 1 | egg (beaten) | |
| 1 | Teaspoon | Orange (juice) |
| 1 | tbsp | ricotta cheese (reduced fat) |
| 1⁄2 | banana (sliced) | |
| 1 | Pinch | cinnamon |
| 1 | tbsp | sultanas |
| 4 | sli | bread (multigrain) |
| 1 | canola oil (spray ) |
Instructions
- Combine egg, juice and ricotta.
- Add banana, sultanas and cinnamon and mix.
- Lightly spray sandwich maker with oil.
- Place two slices of bread in the sandwich maker, divide mixture over the two slices, top with remaining bread slices and toast until heated through and egg is cooked.
