Ingredients

| 1 | banana (sliced) | |
| 1⁄3 | Cup | almonds (slithered) |
| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | brown rice (cooked ) |
| 1 | Cup | Yoghurt |
Instructions
- Combine rice, yoghurt, sugar and banana in a bowl.
- Spoon mixture into four individual ramekins and sprinkle with almonds.
- Refrigerate.
