Ingredients
| 2 | lemon (Juice of medium sized fresh lemons.) | |
| 1 | t | honey |
| 3 | t | olive oil (extra virgin) |
| 4 | T | chives (finely sliced) |
| 1 | apple (granny smith diced or sliced) | |
| 1⁄4 | pineapple (ripe peeled, sliced or diced) | |
| 2 | celery (stalks, sliced finely on the diagonal) | |
| 2 | T | pecan (chopped) |
| 2 | avocado (medium sized, peeled and sliced or diced) |
Instructions
- To prepare dressing, place the lemon juice in a small bowl and using a fork or a small wire whisk, beat in the honey and oil, then stir in 2 tablespoon of chives.
- Arrange the avocados and apple on a serving plate and drizzle the dressing over.
- Scatter the pineapple and celery over and sprinkle with 2 tablespoon of chives and nuts if desired.
- Serve at once.
