Apple and Passionfruit with Coconut crumble

Ingredients

5 apple (peeled and cored and )
1 lemon (juice)
3 passionfruit (pulp)
3tbspsugar
3tbspwater
2tbspbutter (soft)
1⁄2Cupcoconut
1⁄2Cupflour (plain)
1Cuprolled oats

Instructions

  1. Chop cored apples and place in a saucepan with water, lemon and sugar. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes until apples have softened. Allow to cool.
  2. Slice passionfruit and scoop out the pulp. Fold passionfruit pulp through the apples and spoon into 4 individual dishes (or alternatively 1 large dish).
  3. Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl and rub through with fingertips to combine into crumble.
  4. Sprinkle crumble topping over the apple mixture and bake at 180oC for 20 - 30 minutes until golden and heated though. Serve warm.
