| 1 | lemon (juice) | |
| 3 | passionfruit (pulp) | |
| 3 | tbsp | sugar |
| 3 | tbsp | water |
| 2 | tbsp | butter (soft) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | coconut |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | flour (plain) |
| 1 | Cup | rolled oats |
Instructions
- Chop cored apples and place in a saucepan with water, lemon and sugar. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes until apples have softened. Allow to cool.
- Slice passionfruit and scoop out the pulp. Fold passionfruit pulp through the apples and spoon into 4 individual dishes (or alternatively 1 large dish).
- Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl and rub through with fingertips to combine into crumble.
- Sprinkle crumble topping over the apple mixture and bake at 180oC for 20 - 30 minutes until golden and heated though. Serve warm.
