The Healthy Harvest

Healthy Harvest front cover

A fun rhyming story book to teach young kids where our food comes from.

With the help of Harry Harvester and his friends – Alfie Apple, Carly Carrot, Charlie Cheese, Wally Wheat, Sammy Salmon and Tommy Takeaway – children will learn the importance of each food group, where food comes from, the nutrients they provide and how much they should consume to get the maximum health benefits for their growing bodies.

The Healthy Harvest is perfect for parents and educators in explaining the importance of healthy eating in a fun yet factual way.

Please note: The Healthy Harvest includes references to animals being a source of food, which might provoke a reaction in some children. When buying this book, customers are encouraged to consider the age and maturity of their audience, and to provide a supportive environment for questions about where our food comes from.
