Waldorf Wrap
Description
A quick, easy and healthy lunch
Ingredients
| 1 | Cup | Chicken (cooked, cooled and chopped) |
| 2 | celery (stalks, thinly sliced) | |
| 1 | apple (red, diced) | |
| 2 | tbsp | pecan (sliced) |
| 2 | shallot (chopped) | |
| 2 | tbsp | Mayonnaise (low-fat) |
| 2 | tbsp | Dijon Mustard |
| 2 | sli | Lebanese flatbread (wholemeal) |
Instructions
- Combine chicken, celery, apple, pecans, spring onions and mayonnaise.
- Spread Lebanese flatbread with dijon mustard.
- Pile chicken mixture onto flatbread and roll up.
- Cut diagonally and serve.
