Ingredients

1CupChicken (cooked, cooled and chopped)
2 celery (stalks, thinly sliced)
1 apple (red, diced)
2tbsppecan (sliced)
2 shallot (chopped)
2tbspMayonnaise (low-fat)
2tbspDijon Mustard
2sliLebanese flatbread (wholemeal)

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, celery, apple, pecans, spring onions and mayonnaise.
  2. Spread Lebanese flatbread with dijon mustard.
  3. Pile chicken mixture onto flatbread and roll up.
  4. Cut diagonally and serve.
