Nutrition Australia ACT Division is pleased to announce the opening of a new teachers resource centre.

Building on a program of professional development for teachers across the school spectrum, Nutrition Australia ACT Division offers teachers a showcase of text books, models, posters and activities suitable for curriculum development and class room teaching activities.

Food & nutrition websites for teachers

To further support teachers, Nutrition Australia ACT Division has released a list of useful food and nutrition information websites. These websites have been assessed by nutritionists from Nutrition Australia as being of a high standard and relevant to the school curriculum.

The teachers tesource centre and website list were supported by the ACT Health Promotion Grants Program, following a Professional Development Program - Making a Difference, Up Skilling ACT Teachers in Food and Nutrition Education.
