Seminars

Cooking demonstrations

Ever wondered how a nutritionist makes healthy meals taste so delicious? Book a one hour cooking demonstration to be delivered at your workplace, taste testing will be provided for up to 30 participants. For further information about workplace cooking demonstrations click here.

Team building activities

Test your taste buds with a mystery food challenge team building activity. Participants will put their detective hats on and heads together, as teams try and identify the mystery ingredients. For further information regarding team building activities click here.

Health displays

Do you have a health expo or event coming up? Nutrition Australia ACT Division’s health displays are a great opportunity for employees across various worksites to access expert nutrition information and taste delicious, healthy recipes. Posters, flyers and resources will be available for participants. Health display activities can include a visual demonstration of daily food requirements, standard drink measures and identifying mystery foods. 

Menu assessments

An Accredited Practising Dietitian will conduct a menu assessment of your staff café or canteen and provide a comprehensive report with practical suggestions for improvement. The menu assessments are based on the Dietary Guidelines for Australians. 

Nutrition e-newsletter tips

Are you looking to spice up your staff newsletter? Nutrition Australia ACT Division can provide you with recipe inserts, FAQs and nutrition facts on current nutrition and health issues.
