Pikelets
Ingredients
- 1 cup wholemeal self raising flour
- 1/4 cup skim milk powder
- 1 cup water
Method
- Mix together the flour and skim milk powder
- Slowly add the water and mix to a paste. The mixture will thicken on standing. About 15 minutes. Drop spoonfuls into a hot non-stick frying pan. Cook and when the bubbles appear on the upper side, turn over using a plastic slide. Allow to brown.
