Pikelets

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wholemeal self raising flour
  • 1/4 cup skim milk powder
  • 1 cup water

Method

  1. Mix together the flour and skim milk powder
  2. Slowly add the water and mix to a paste. The mixture will thicken on standing. About 15 minutes. Drop spoonfuls into a hot non-stick frying pan. Cook and when the bubbles appear on the upper side, turn over using a plastic slide. Allow to brown.
  3. Enjoy!
