Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup reduced-fat milk
  • ¼ cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 cup drained canned peach slices in natural juice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 teaspoons honey cinnamon

Method

  1. Put ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serves 2.
