Flavour of the Month
Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup reduced-fat milk
- ¼ cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 1 cup drained canned peach slices in natural juice
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 teaspoons honey cinnamon
Method
- Put ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serves 2.
