Fruit Platter
Ingredients
- Fresh chopped pineapple (or tin of pineapple pieces)
- Kiwi fruit, sliced
- 3 pieces of fruit in season, sliced (eg. Banana, stone fruit, grapes)
- Juice of ½ lemon (about tablespoon) and fresh or tinned passionfruit for garnish topping.
Method
- Arrange fruit on platter or plate.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and passionfruit, and serve.
