Frosted Red Grapes with Mascapone

Preparation Time: 20 minutes. Serves 4.

Ingredients:

  • 350g red seedless grapes
  • White on one egg
  • 1/3 cup castor sugar
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 4tblsp marsala

Method:

Blend marsala with mascarpone. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Pull grapes off stalks, lightly brush with egg white and lightly coat with castor sugar.

Place on tray and freeze for ½ hour before serving with flavoured mascarpone.
