Flavour of the Month
Curried Banana Salad (serves 6)
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 100ml plain yoghurt
- 5 bananas
- ½ cup celery, diced
- ½ cup unsalted cashew nuts
- ½ cup raisins
Method
- Mix curry and yoghurt evenly.
- Mix all other ingredients, pour the curried yoghurt over and fold through.
- Serve chilled. Great served with cold chicken, tuna or salmon.
