Banana Almond Yoghurt Rice Cream
Ingredients
- 1½ cups cooked rice white or brown
- 1 cup unflavoured skim or low fat yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1/3 cup slithered almonds
Method
Combine rice, yoghurt, sugar and banana in a bowl.
Spoon mixture into four individual ramekins and sprinkle with almonds.
Refrigerate.
