Make this colourful salad in
Winter when oranges and mandarins are at their best.

Fruit Salad
Serves
4
Ingredients
¾
cup (185 mL/6 fl.oz) fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons raisins
1 tablespoon brandy (optional)
1 tablespoon honey
1 orange, peeled and segmented
6 mandarins, peeled and segmented
3 tablespoons flaked almonds, rough chopped
Method
Combine orange juice, raisins, brandy
and honey in a glass bowl. Fold through orange and mandarin segments.
Cover and refrigerate until required.
Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before serving.
Just prior to serving sprinkle with almonds.
