Oven-baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • olive oil spray
  • 2 teaspoons mixed herbs
    (or 2 tablespoons of fresh herbs finely chopped)

Method


Serves 4-6.

  1. Scrub the potatoes and cut into wedges.
  2. Spray an oven tray with oil.
  3. Arrange the wedges on the tray and spray lightly with oil. (or toss in a plastic bag with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil).
  4. Sprinkle with herbs.
  5. Bake at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
  6. Turn and bake for a further 15minutes or until brown
