Date balls

- 1 cup of dates
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons of orange or lemon juice
Place 1/2 a cup of the oats into a blender until they resemble fine crumbs. Put aside.
Add other ingredients into blender and blend very well. Roll mixture into small balls and coat with crumbed oats. Store in the refrigerator.
Makes about 12.
