Fresh Sprout Salad

- 2 cups sprouted beans and seeds (mung beans, alfalfa, lentil, radish)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon no-oil French dressing
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 spring onions sliced finely
- 1/4 red capsicum
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Wash the sprouts and remove any hair-like ends; pat dry.
Cut the capsicum into 1/2 cm squares.
Mix the garlic, French dressing and lemon juice.
Toss all the ingredients together and serve in a chilled salad bowl.
