A practical resource that will help with the preparation and packing of school lunches. This is an educational A2 poster illustrated with great photos and checklist for a healthy lunch. It is folded to A4 and on the reverse side there are ideas for a diversity of lunches, healthy snacks, choosing drinks and easy to remember tips. There is an planner that includes 20 lunch box menus. The ‘notes’ can be photocopied by teachers/carers as handouts for parents or for use in the classroom. Within the various lunch suggestions there are number of recipes suggested.
