This is an A2 full colour poster. The Healthy Eating
Pyramid shows foods in 3 groups: Eat most, Eat Moderately and Eat in small
amounts. It is a very simple food selection guide that depicts basic foods only.
It is a first step to understanding healthy eating and the complexities of our
food supply.
