Paleolithic Diet Seminar
Community Announcement
Nutrition Australia (formerly The Australian Nutrition
Foundation Inc.) is proud to present Australia’s best known nutritionist, Rosemary
Stanton. Presenting the latest information on the Paleolithic diet and
lifestyle and its relevance to modern living.
The foods that were eaten by our hunter-gatherer ancestors
around 40 000 years ago were mostly meat, fruit, vegetables with very little

Rosemary Stanton will discuss the Paleolithic diet in one
seminar only.
