What is Australian cuisine
To celebrate Nutrition Week 2000, Nutrition Australia will
host a seminar featuring food expert, Jan Power, who will discuss the topic
"What is Australian Cuisine?"
Jan will discuss the range of influences that have
affected the foods eaten and cooking styles embraced by Australians over the
past century. Following Jan’s discussion, nutritionist, Aloysa Hourigan, will
discuss the benefits of embracing food variety for nutrition and health.
This will be an interesting and informative evening for
anyone with a personal or professional interest in food, nutrition and health.
