Australian Made

The Australian Made logo is a registered trademark belonging to the Federal Government and may only be used on products licensed by the Australian Made Campaign Limited.

It indicates that:

1. The manufacturer of the product is a licensee of the Australian Made Campaign
2. The products meets a two-part compliance test:

• The goods must be "substantially transformed" in Australia (as defined in the Trade Practices Act 1974)
• 50% or more of the cost of producing or manufacturing the product must be attributable to production or manufacturing processes that occurred in Australia.

Any product which satisfies both parts of the compliance test above may use the words "Made in Australia", "Australian Made" or "Manufactured in Australia". However only companies which have paid a license fee to the Australian Made Campaign are eligible to use the logo.
